The basic elements you need to give yourself a
presence on, and access to, the internet |

This could be the name of your company, or a name that
reflects the business you are in. For example, your company may be Jones &
Smith Ltd and you are accountants. You could choose a domain name like
www.jones-and-smith.co.uk, or
www.expert-accountants.co.uk.
You would normally purchase the right to this domain for a 2 year
period. |

You need web space to hold your web site. Generally
this is purchased from a host on an annual basis. You need very little space
for a web site with less than 20 pages. |

This usually comes within the web space package. It
enables you to send (and receive) e-mails using your domain name. For example,

This is important in attempting to put over
