Choice of domain name
This could be the name of your company, or a name that reflects the business you are in. For example, your company may be Jones & Smith Ltd and you are accountants. You could choose a domain name like
www.jones-and-smith.co.uk, or
www.expert-accountants.co.uk.
Required web space
You need web space to hold your web site. Generally this is purchased from a host on an annual basis. You need very little space for a web site with less than 50 pages.
e-mail facilities
This usually comes within the web space package. It enables you to send (and receive) e-mails using your domain name. For example,
